Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch of your order by notifying us as soon as possible. We will not refund any transaction/bank charges incurred by us processing a refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process original payment to us. An order cannot be cancelled after goods are dispatched.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.

Items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
There is no restocking fee in case of returns. But we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order or shipping cost you paid to return the item.
It’s ok to change your mind.If your item is in original unused condition, you may exchange your item for a different colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case either, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
At the moment we do not accept back orders.
